This website (the “Site”) is owned and maintained by Spirit Animation Studios Ltd (Spirit). All materials on the Site belong to Spirit.

Unless otherwise specified, the Site and Content are intended to promote Spirit products and services available in Brazil and the USA. If you download software from the Site, the software, including any files and/or images embedded in or generated by the software, and the data accompanying the software (collectively, the “Software”) are licensed from us. We do not transfer title to the Software to you.

Any information you submit through the Site (“Information”) becomes the property of Spirit, and you waive any and all proprietary rights in such Information.
