VAMP TOAST – Toast with Jelly

Stay sharp and be careful with Vamp Toast, the terrible Toast with Jelly!

The bread is made with refined wheat flour that can raise glucose quickly, is low in fiber and nutrients and therefore does not guarantee good nutrition. Also the products with wheat contains a protein called gluten which also brings damage to our body.

Because it is difficult to digest, it can stimulate reactions of the immune system that can trigger various symptoms in the body. In addition to celiac disease, sensitivity to gluten may occur, leading to symptoms such as: constipation alternating with diarrhea, colic and abdominal distension, joint pain (arthritis, arthrosis) and muscle pain, swelling, dry skin, severe hair loss, hyperactivity, concentration focus, etc.. Studies show that excessive consumption of gluten can lead to the development of food addictions and famage to intestinal villi.
