Rambrocolis – Brocolli

Broccoli is a vegetable rich in nutrients and minerals and has many health benefits, especially for digestion and heart!

The fibers contained in broccoli helps to send the cholesterol away, avoiding the blockage of our arteries, and improve the functioning of the intestine. In addition, it has anti-inflammatory properties, which shields the blood vessels and stomach and also helps in reducing joint pain (such as knee for example) and lutein, a substance that helps protect the health of our eyes.
