Mayonegger – Mayonnaise

The mayonnaise is a sauce made of egg that, although tasty, can be very bad to our health.

This happens because the industry puts antioxidants – products that made the sauce last longer – which can increase the chance of diseases, cholesterol increase and disrupt the absorption of some vitamins.

Besides, a grave danger is a bacteria called salmonella, that can cause serious stomach, fever and diarrhea. This bacteria increases in quantity when mayonnaise is out of the refrigerator. So it’s important not to eat salads and sandwiches made long ago, nor to use the mayonnaise that is on the tables of the snack bars.
