Cake Pig – Chocolate Cake

Delicious but terrible, we all know that chocolate cake is a great preference among children and at children’s parties. In their innocent appearance are hidden ingredients that are very bad for infant and adult nutrition.

Most used chocolate are industrialized products that have no nutritional value and contain chemical additives that, with prolonged use, can cause serious problems like diabetes. Behind its flavor there are ingredients that cause addiction, containing fat, sugar and stimulants (caffeine).

In general, chocolates are 8% composed of proteins, 60% of carbohydrates and 30% of fats. This fat content is very high, much higher than the vast majority of foods. Being so greasy, it becomes a danger for those prone to acne: chocolate provides inflammation in the skin, which causes the pimples. Not to mention the sugar in its composition, something that we have talked enough here and something that should be avoided at all costs.

Still in the recipe we have refined wheat flour that can raise glucose quickly, is poor in fiber and nutrients and therefore does not guarantee good nutrition. Also the products with wheat contains a protein called gluten which also brings damage to our body. Because it is difficult to digest, it can stimulate reactions of the immune system that can trigger various symptoms in the body.

In addition to celiac disease, sensitivity to gluten may occur, leading to symptoms such as: constipation alternating with diarrhea, colic and abdominal distension, joint pain (arthritis, arthrosis) and muscle pain, swelling, dry skin, severe hair loss, hyperactivity and development of o.d.d.. Studies show that excessive consumption of gluten can lead to the development of food addictions and aggression to intestinal villi.

Avoid eating that health villain as much as possible and opt for healthier choices.

Here’s a simple way to spend the excess calories:
